Guests can search for properties based on location, price, type of accommodation, and other preferences. Hosts can create a listing for their property, manage availability, and communicate with guests. Softbnb handles payments securely, ensuring peace of mind for both hosts and guests.


For Guests

1. How do I book a property on Softbnb?

To book a property:

  • Browse through available listings on the Softbnb website or mobile app.
  • Select the property you’re interested in.
  • Enter your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and any special requests.
  • Confirm your booking and make the payment using our secure payment system.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation with the details of your reservation.

2. How do I make a payment for my booking?

You can pay for your booking via various payment methods, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Crypto Payments
  • Wallet

Once you’ve selected your preferred payment method, Softbnb will process the payment securely. We ensure that all transactions are protected using encryption.

3. How can I cancel my booking?

5. Can I contact the host before booking?

Yes! Before making a booking, you can send a message to the host through the platform. This allows you to ask questions about the property, amenities, or location before you confirm your reservation.

6. What happens if my host cancels my booking?

If a host cancels your booking, you’ll be notified and we will help you find an alternative property. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you may also be eligible for a full refund.
