2.1 Booking and Payment Process
When you make a booking on Softbnb, you agree to pay the full price stated for your reservation, including taxes, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other applicable charges. Payment must be made via the approved payment methods on the platform at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Methods
Softbnb accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and any other methods available through the platform. All payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment gateways. By providing your payment details, you authorize Softbnb to charge the appropriate amount for your booking.

Payments made through Softbnb will be processed in the currency specified by the guest’s and host’s country of residence, or as otherwise indicated during the booking process.
2.4 Taxes
The price listed for each booking includes applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), where applicable. However, taxes can vary based on the host’s location and the guest's jurisdiction. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant taxes are paid, if required.
2.5 Cancellations and Refunds
Softbnb provides a cancellation policy for each booking, which is displayed at the time of booking. If a guest cancels within the permitted window, they may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the host’s cancellation policy. If a host cancels a reservation, the guest will receive a full refund, and Softbnb may assist in finding an alternative accommodation.
2.6 Security Deposit
For certain bookings, a host may request a security deposit from the guest. This deposit is used to cover any damages or damages arising from a guest's stay. If no damages occur, the deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, following the host’s assessment.
2.7 Disputes and Chargebacks
If a guest or host disputes any charges or issues a chargeback, Softbnb reserves the right to investigate the matter and withhold any outstanding funds until the issue is resolved. Any fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, will result in account suspension or termination.

4.1 Service Fees
Softbnb charges service fees to both guests and hosts for each booking. These fees cover the cost of using the platform and are non-refundable. The fees will be displayed clearly before the booking is confirmed.
4.2 Cleaning Fees
Hosts have the option to charge a cleaning fee for their property. This fee is displayed on the listing page and is payable by the guest at the time of booking.
4.3 Security Deposits
If applicable, a security deposit may be charged by the host. This deposit will be collected by Softbnb and held until the guest checks out. If there are no damages or issues, the deposit will be refunded.
4.4 Extra Guest Fees
If a guest exceeds the maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation, the host may charge an additional fee per person. The guest must agree to these fees in advance.

Depending on local laws and regulations, additional taxes or local fees may apply. These fees may be collected at the time of booking and are not included in the base price.
